with its registered office: Pernerova 691/42, Karlín, 186 00 Prague, ID: 08103054 registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 313028
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Every participant who accepts the rules of the competition is a participant in the competition, meets these conditions and sends an answer to the competition question through comments on the social network.
1.2. The organizer of the competition is the trading company for Infusion, s.r.o., with its registered office at Prague 8, Karlín, Pernerova 692/42, postal code 186 00, ID No. "organizer").
1.3. Every natural person with a delivery address in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic can participate in the competition. Employees of the organizer and people close to them are excluded from participating in the competition.
1.4. The organizer does not have to keep the participants' questions and is not obliged to answer questions.
1.5. The organizer of the competition reserves the right to shorten, interrupt or cancel the competition or change its rules.
1.6. The organizer of the competition reserves the right in questionable cases to decide with its own discretion.
1.7. By entering the competition, all participants undertake to observe its rules.
1.8. The competitions are not operated, sponsored or associated with the company operating and owning a social network in any way, and this company does not correspond to their course. The information provided in the competitions will not be made available to this company. All questions, comments or complaints about competitions must be addressed to the organizer, not the company.
2. PERSONALITY RIGHTS AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
2.1. The participant of the competition provides an explicit consent to the competition question to the organizer to process the organizer of the competition provided by personal data (name, surname, facebook name and possibly delivery address) in his marketing database and databases of all processors of this database and services.
2.2. The organizer hereby informs each participant of the competition, who provided his personal data for processing pursuant to the previous paragraph, on his rights arising from Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) . 21 of this Act. The consent to the processing of data may be dismissed at any time under the Conditions of the Act at the address of the organizer's registered office.
3. THE MECHANISM OF THE CONTEST
3.1. The competition will always take place in the period specified in the announcement of the relevant competition.
3.2. Of all the answers, which were inserted as comments in the relevant period, the organizer will draw the winner. The number of winners will always be determined in the announcement of the relevant competition.
4. WINS AND THEIR HANDOVER
4.1. The winnings in the competition and their number will always be determined in the announcement of the relevant competition.
4.2. Each winner will be informed of the win.
4.3. The winnings will be handed over to the winners either at the headquarters of the organizer or will be sent by post at the winner the postal address in the Czech Republic or the Slovak Republic. When the shipment is returned, one additional delivery attempt will take place.
4.4. The winnings are not enforceable.
5. PUBLICATION OF THE RULES
5.1. This general, binding rules for competitions, will always be published for the entire duration of the competition at www.myfluidum.com
