1. BASIC PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Principles”) of the Company for Infusion, s.r.o., with its registered office at Pernerova 691/42, Karlín, 186 00 Prague, IČO: 08103054, Tax ID: CZ08103054 (hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”) In the protection of personal data, which the trader applies to the website and e-shop at myfluidum.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the sale of goods and providing services to customers.

1.2. The protection of the customer's personal data - natural persons is governed by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On Personal Data Protection, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”).

2. THE SCOPE AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

2.1. In order to fulfill the contractual relationship between the merchant and the customer, including the provision of payments, the trader processes the customer's personal data in this extent: name and surname, address, or identification number and tax identification number, e -mail address, telephone number, account number, IP address.

2.2. If the customer granted the trader to process personal data for marketing and advertising purposes of the trader, incl. The dissemination of commercial communications within the meaning of Section 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On Certain Information Society Services, the trader processes the following personal data of the customer: name and surname, delivery address, e -mail address, telephone number.

2.3. If the customer has set up a user account on the website and properly completed the compulsory registration data, the merchant processes the following personal data of the customer: name and surname, delivery address, e -mail address.

3. CONDITIONS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The customer's personal data will only be processed for the time necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, but no longer than 5 years after the consent or conclusion of the relevant contract between the merchant and the customer, either in an electronically automated manner or in paper form in an unauthorized manner.

3.2. The trader is entitled to authorize a third party as a processor to process the customer's personal data. The trader undertakes not to provide his personal data without the customer's permission to third parties, with the exception of a person providing transport and payment, and with the exception of the transfer of personal data to another administrator within the meaning of Section 5 (6) of the Personal Data Protection Act.

4. CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF HIS PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The customer has the right to access the processed personal data of his / her person to the extent of information on the purpose of the processing of personal data, personal data, or categories of personal data that are subject to processing, including all available information about their resources, about the nature of the automated processing in connection with It is used for decision -making if acts or decisions are made on the basis of this processing, the content of which is an interference with the right and legitimate interests of the data subject, and the recipient or categories of recipients of personal data. The trader has the right to a reasonable payment for the provision of personal data processed, which will not exceed the necessary costs of its provision.

4.2. If the customer believes that his personal data are processed in violation of his private and personal life or in violation of the law, in particular if they are inaccurate due to the purpose of their processing, the customer is entitled to a trader or processor within the meaning of paragraph 3.2. to ask for an explanation of the personal data processed. Furthermore, the customer is entitled to require the trader or processor to remove the defective status.

4.3. The customer is entitled to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data that the customer granted the trader for marketing and advertising purposes.

4.4. The customer acknowledges that the trader may provide his / her personal data to another controller for the purpose of offering trade and services in accordance with Section 5 (6) of the Personal Data Protection Act. Another administrator has the same obligation as the trader when processing personal data of the customer. The customer is entitled to express disagreement with the transfer of personal data in writing at the address of the merchant. 

5. COOKIES

5.1. The website uses cookies. Cookies are text files containing a small amount of information that are downloaded to your device when you visit the Website. Cookies are subsequently sent back to the Website or another website that recognizes them on each subsequent visit. Some of these files are necessary for the optimal functioning of the Website, others help us analyze the Website or allow us to provide a better user experience (remember the customer and organize the content of the site according to his preferred interests, which leads to an easier browsing of the site by the customer).
